A masterpiece of 1920’s Italian Renaissance architecture located in the private guard-gated community of Fremont Place. The historic estate of A.P. Giannini (founder of Bank of America) was one of the first and grandest estates to be built in this exclusive enclave of classic mansions. The expansive compound was later divided in the 1950’s but has recently been reunited to its original grandeur. The current estate includes a huge double lot size with two architecturally significant homes, each with separate APN’s (106 & 108 Fremont Place).
